Every feature, fix, and improvement we ship โ across the web app and mobile.
Bring back customers who haven't booked in a while โ straight from the Customers tab. Pick how long someone has been quiet (2, 3, or 6 months), choose which services to mention and the tone of the message, then review the exact email before it goes out. People you saved but never did a job for are included too, so old leads get a nudge as well. Emails send from your own address, so they land in the inbox and replies come straight back to you.
Win back opens with a short four-step walkthrough covering what it does, who gets contacted, how the message is put together, and the sending limit. Tap the โ button in the header any time to read it again.
Win-back emails now have their own "Offers & Check-ins" preference, separate from appointment reminders. Previously the only way to stop marketing was to switch off reminders too โ and lose useful appointment notices along with it. Anyone who had already opted out stays opted out; nobody gets re-subscribed.
The preference page customers reach from any email now shows all four categories side by side โ Appointment Reminders, Service Visit Summaries, Invoices & Payments, and the new Offers & Check-ins โ so it's obvious what each toggle controls.
Every email now carries a MyJobLogs.com badge in the header with our logo, linking back to the site, plus a tidier footer.
The technician "My Jobs" screen is now a daily command center: a personalized greeting, a progress ring showing how many jobs are done vs. left, and an "Up Next" card that highlights the next job with its address (now including the city), time, and status.
Right from the job list a technician can Navigate to the address, Call or Text the customer (each with a quick confirm so no accidental calls), and move a job forward โ On My Way โ Arrived โ Start Job. Completing a job still happens inside the job, where the photo and report requirements are enforced. Status buttons respect the ones you've enabled in App Configuration.
See jobs completed this week and your day streak, an estimate of how much work is left today (based on your real average time per job, falling back to each job's planned duration), a "stops today / more stops" route summary, and a Morning/Afternoon timeline. Finish the day and you get a little celebration. ๐
The job list now refreshes on its own when you reopen the app on a new day, so you'll never see yesterday's jobs first thing in the morning.
